We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Assistant to join our clients fast-paced FMCG team. The position will involve managing debtor and creditor accounts, cashbook management, and basic accounting principles to ensure the smooth running of the finance department. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date debtor and creditor accounts. • Daily reconciliations of cashbook transactions. • Preparation and submission of monthly creditor payment schedules. • Administration of credit facilities and risk management. • At least 2 years' experience working in a financial role within the FMCG industry. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. R16 000 CTC - R18 000 CTC per month based on experience and qualifications
