An Agritalent client, a leading agricultural enterprise, seeks a Financial Controller at its industrial Feed Factory (production). The primary function of this position will be: Assist the Finance and Operations Teams to compile and maintain the Feed Factories' financial reports, which include balance sheets and income statements. Controlling of fixed and variable costs and the reporting of the information monthly. Prepare management reports and provide recommendations for cost management and increased production efficiencies. Analysing results of control checks and follow-ups with Plant management on deviations. Monthly analysis on stock movements. Manage the activities of finance employees working at the Feed Factory. BTech or BCom degree in Internal Audit, Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field. (Professional qualifications e.g., SAICA, CIMA are advantageous) Two or more years' experience in Accounting or Cost Management (Controlling) in a Production Environment. Advanced numerical and analytical skills. Excellent professional work standard. Systems driven, detail orientated and able to function independently. Able to function effectively in a highly pressurised production environment. Willing to work in a rural area and environment. Own transport and a valid Code EB licence.
