What you'll need This is financial planning so of course a completed CFP is first prize or at least studying towards your Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning and you need to have completed your RE 5. You need to have gained no less than 2 years' experience in financial planning administration or as a Financial Planner with solid investment and retirement product knowledge. The business is paperless so Advanced Excel skills are essential and you'll be compiling presentations so PowerPoint is needed to. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential due to the reporting and data you'll be working with. Being fluent in Afrikaans and English is highly advantageous.
