Our client, an established road transport/logistics company located in Paarl, has an opportunity for a Fleet Controller to join their team. This role is best suited to a proactive and driven individual with excellent planning-, administrative-, and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Daily scheduling regarding loading and unloading of products Monitoring vehicle routes Managing orders Handling relevant documentation Record keeping Liaising with drivers and customers Personnel management Quality management Expanding customer base All administrative and ad-hoc tasks related to the role Relevant tertiary qualification (Logistics, Finance, Management Services) Experience in a logistics / transport environment Strong computer literacy Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English) Drivers' license and own reliable transport Willing to work weekends and overtime as per operational requirements
