As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of service and satisfaction for our guests. You will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. Your leadership will drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence throughout the department. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food and beverage offerings and maximize revenue. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of culinary and service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to uphold our reputation for excellence. Collaborate with the executive chef to curate innovative menus that delight guests and showcase local and seasonal ingredients. Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and products. Requirements: Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment. Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including culinary techniques, service standards, and industry trends. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
