Foreclosure Secretary - Pretoria

Minimum Requirements

A minimum of 5 years experience as a foreclosure secretary

Experience Required

Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other foreclosure related documentation.
Ability to function and excel under immense pressure to ensure that the necessary time-lines are met.
Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times.
Ability to liaise in the prescribed manner with banks and debtors.
Ability to liaise in the prescribed manner with the Sheriff offices and other role players.
Able to function on CaseLines and CourtOnline.

Skills Required
Highly organised, conscientious with excellent multitasking, time management, and a strong work ethic.
Administratively strong and able to independently handle at least 100 foreclosure files independently.
Extensive drafting experience.
Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
Able to function on CACS, SB Legal and GhostPractice.
Previous experience in working on Ghost Practice, My Attorney and CACS will be an advantage.
