License, well organised, reliable, strong communication skills Building maintenance experience (ceiling replacement, roof sealing, installation of taps, geysers, painting of buildings, small scale building & tiling work) Grade 12 Construction experience 5 years of Supervisory experience. Multi Trade efficient (Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry, and roofing) Must have a valid driver's licence.
