Front Office Coordinator - Cape Town City Centre

Requirements:
  • Grade 12.
  • National Diploma Hospitality Management/C&G Diploma/Equivalent.
  • Computer literacy is essential, particularly with a proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervises Reception/Night Audit staff to ensure the courteous and efficient welcoming and departing procedures.
  • Supervises and completes Front Office administration in accordance with set procedures.
  • Required to work reception and duty management shifts.
  • Responsible for training of Front Office staff in conjunction with the General Manager.
  • To ensure that courteous and efficient service is provided to the guest in line with the Companys vision, values, and fundamentals.
Salary:
  • R16 371.00
  • Pension Employee 7.5% Employer 10.5%
  • Discovery Health Employer pays 50% executive plan excluded
  • Transport Allowance if start before 6 am or work after 18pm R80.00 per shift.
  • Sunday Pay.
  • PH is either a day off or double pay depending on operational requirements.
  • 13th Cheque.
