We are looking for an experienced General Foreman to be based in the Western Cape. This is a contract position with a 12-month limited duration, and the candidate must be able to start as soon as possible. Permanent employment will be considered after the completion of the initial contract. Must be able to supervise our concrete foreman and labourers and oversee all activities relating to the erection of concrete structures. The responsibilities of the General Foreman include evaluating the performance of the concrete foreman and labourers, ensuring that project costs remain within budget, and investigating work-related accidents. You should also be able to manage project materials and resources as well as oversee the use of equipment and tools. South African citizen. A minimum of 15 years' experience in concrete construction Specific experience in bridge and reservoir construction will be advantageous. Proven experience working as a General Foreman on concrete infrastructure. The ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent management and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient communicator. Attentive to details. Market-related package
