A wheelchair manufacturer in Roodepoort is looking for a General Marketing Specialist to perform a wide range of duties and responsibilities: From managing social media, the website and customer communications to designing brochures, promotional material and planning functions; this position offers an array of stimulating tasks every day. Maintain and update website including E-commerce Social media communication and strategy Update and collect product information including technical specs Manage Customer database communication (WhatsApp, email, newsletters etc) Produce training videos for staff and customers. Create and coordinate staff product knowledge assessments Organise and manage social and training functions (Booking function rooms, catering etc) Order, design promotional material. (Clothing, corporate gifts etc) Design and produce marketing material such as brochures, user manuals, spec sheets, newsletters Google Adwords Management: Develop, implement and manage campaigns Experience with maintaining, managing, and editing a WordPress website or similar Experience with managing a WooCommerce online store Experience with i mage and video editing Experience with programs like Adobe InDesign an advantage Knowlege of design principles , typography and layout Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) Experience with Google Adwords Familiarity with SEO tools and platform Experience in managing Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms Negotiable according to experience and qualifications Benefits such as 50% Provident fund and Medical aid
