Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations. Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Provide timely updates to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates. Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and resources. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in {relevant field}. Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with recruitment software. Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
