Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) or 4-year BCom degree with honors and articles. 2 to 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role. Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and group consolidations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work independently. Proficiency in major financial software (Syspro advantageous) and advanced Excel skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across various levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Logical problem-solving capability. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
