Group Financial Manager is required for large corporate and facilities company based in Kempton Park. Financial Manager or CA(SA) candidates with strong management and leadership skills and can operate under challenging conditions. Corporate Hotel / Catering / hospitality Finance Background preferred. Required Qualifications and Experience: 5 years financial management experience. Minimum Education: BCom – Accounting Degree, Finance or equivalent Computer applications related to the role – SAGE 300, VIP etc. Applicable laws, codes and regulations Key Performance Areas: CA(SA) or BCom Accounting Previous experience in hospitality or a catering environment would be beneficial Team leader Staff Management Strong planning and administration skills Work unsupervised, self-starter Very strong Excel skills Work overtime when required especially during month-end and year-end Attention to detail is a must Sound understanding of a financial control environment and the management thereof Strong accounting knowledge including IFRS Excellent at resolving issues in terms of reconciling items Kindly note the below non-negotiables apply to be successfully considered: Do you have a CA (SA) Qualification? Do you have a CLEAR criminal record? Do you have a CLEAR credit record? Do you have financial management background in the hotel or catering industry? Are you a SA citizen with a valid SA ID? Skilled in all accounting and financial software programs? Are you based in Gauteng in order to do a face to face, in-person interview in Kempton Park?
