You will develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with customer journeys across all touchpoints. Your role will involve leading the creation of tailored go-to-market strategies for new markets and diverse customer segments. You will oversee targeted marketing campaigns aimed at maximising brand visibility in specific expansion regions. Additionally, you will foster a customer-centric culture within your team, ensuring alignment with the customer journey at every stage. Develop and execute a global brand strategy that caters to specific needs and preferences of target markets Lead the creation of go-to-market strategies tailored to new markets and diverse customer segments Oversee marketing campaigns targeted at specific expansion regions to maximise brand visibility Lead digital strategies that resonate with the cultures and preferences of new markets Foster a customer-centric culture within the marketing team, ensuring alignment with the customer journey Present insights and recommendations enabled by strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills Ensure appropriate financial management, funding, budgetary provisions, and control procedures are in place for area of responsibility Build and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders to manage service delivery in line with business expectations and requirements What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Group Marketing Head of Brand and Product role will bring a wealth of experience in marketing within the financial/fintech industry. You will have a proven track record of strong leadership and team management, with a focus on developing high-performing marketing teams. Your expertise in market expansion strategies, particularly in entering new regions and international markets, will be crucial to your success in this role. A deep understanding of the fintech industry, financial services, and digital banking is essential, as is proficiency in developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and product marketing campaigns. Post Graduate Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in marketing roles within financial/fintech industry Strong leadership and team management experience, including leading and developing high-performing marketing teams Proven experience in market expansion strategies, including entering new regions and international markets In-depth understanding of the fintech industry, financial services, and digital banking Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and product marketing campaigns Proficiency in budget planning and allocation, ensuring efficient resource utilisation What sets this company apart: Our client is a rapidly growing fintech business that values innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
