APPLY NOW Key Responsibilities: Shape and execute the data strategy to align with business objectives and drive innovation. Lead a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data to derive actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges. Develop and implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and data security. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making processes. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in leading and managing data science teams. Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc. Big Data Technologies: Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Apache Kafka for processing and analyzing large volumes of data. Tableau Azure QlikView Power BI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
