Maintain and ensure HR policies and procedures remain current, compliant and support the organisations objectives Ensure WSP/ATR and EE compliance Implement sound and effective HR administration systems Manage recruitment and on-boarding process Enhance monthly reporting to Management Committee Identify and mitigate people/organisational risks Relevant Bachelor's Degree Min 8 years' experience in a generalist HR role High level of autonomy and accountability Negotiable
