EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES SECTOR IS ESSENTIAL Responsible for all HR related administration Manage and structure an effective and productive HR Team Ensure alignment of incentive schemes, KPIs, appraisals and performance with the organisations strategy and values. Maintain and ensure HR policies and procedures remain current, compliant and support the organisations objectives Ensure WSP/ATR and EE compliance Implement sound and effective HR administration systems Manage recruitment and on-boarding process Enhance monthly reporting to Management Committee Identify and mitigate people/organisational risks Relevant Bachelor's Degree Min 8 years' experience in a generalist HR role High level of autonomy and accountability Negotiable
