Reference: NEL011281-DK-1 Seeking an innovative educational leader to serve as Executive Head . This role entails strategic leadership, staff management, academic excellence, and external engagement. The successful candidate is due to start on the 1st of October 2024 . Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Implementing school strategy and fostering excellence. Staff Management: Recruiting top talent and ensuring high standards. Academic Excellence: Overseeing educational programs and promoting achievement. External Engagement: Leading marketing efforts and building partnerships. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field and PGCE. Postgraduate qualification preferred. Minimum 10 years' teaching experience. Minimum 5 years' senior management experience in independent schools.
