Mid level post : General HR Management of permanaent employees, Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and ongoing control over contracted facilitators, assessors, and moderators Mid level post : Manage a small team with the following responsibilities and duties: General HR Management of permanent employees , including: Recruiting, onboarding and placing of temporary and permanent staff . Ensuring job descriptions are up to date and compliant. I nvestigating employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution. Implement and apply all company HR policies and disciplinary processes Ensuring compliancy with South Africa labour laws. Maintaining internal Company policies, procedures and systems. Maintaining Company Employment Equity compliancy Maintaining Company SETA compliancy Implement and driving employee professional development programme. Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and ongoing control over contracted facilitators, assessors, and moderators. Ensure service agreements and project descriptions are up to date and maintain compliancy by contractors. Deal with contractor conduct issues. Ensure contracted facilitators properly deployed in conjunction with Head of Academics . Control over contractor administration files. Recruitment, screening and placing of learnership students in conjunction with the Head of Academics. Control over student administration files. Management and control over IT online support services team. Management and control over student support services team. Essential Requirements : Tertiary qualification in education or human resource management 5yrs experience in people recruiting and management. Ability to assertively implement policies and procedures. Experience in small team and project management. Ability to travel nationally. Good knowledge of Employment Equity, WSP/ATR functions, dealing with QCTO and SETAS. Sound knowledge of BBBEE Skills Development element principles. Good knowledge of learnership process. Desired additional ; Experience in a tertiary educational institution will be a major plus. Experience in working with people with disabilities in the workplace.
