Hotel Administrative Assistant - Cape Town City Centre

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelors degree with an emphasis on Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend onboard software programs and any other software utilized onboard by the Hotel Director.
  • Command of English language with excellent oral, writing, spelling, punctuation and grammar skills. Additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of standard office administrative procedures and strong organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate sensitive information in a diplomatic manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management, guests and employees.
