Requirements:- Minimum Bachelors degree with an emphasis on Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly comprehend onboard software programs and any other software utilized onboard by the Hotel Director.
- Command of English language with excellent oral, writing, spelling, punctuation and grammar skills. Additional European languages are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of standard office administrative procedures and strong organizational skills.
- Able to communicate sensitive information in a diplomatic manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management, guests and employees.
