- Grade 12
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of housekeeping experience in a high-end 5-star lodge environment (essential)
- Must have good knowledge of housekeeping, laundry and public area service procedures
- Must have sound attention to detail
- Must have sound communication skills
- Excellent time management and people skills
- Maintain the highest standards of guest service
- Must be mature and responsible
- Must reference incredibly well
