Housekeeping Manager - South Africa
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have Grade 12
- Tertiary education in Hospitality is essential
- Must have a valid RSA Driver's License
- Previous experience in luxury 5-star properties is essential
- Previous experience in supervisory levels in housekeeping essential
- Must be proficient in MS Office and Email
- Must have exceptional Guest Relations skills
- Must have the ability to manage staff effectively
- Must have an understanding and ability to manage the housekeeping department
- Must have the ability to plan ahead and problem-solve
- Must have financial experience in budget control, stock takes, and stock control
