As the HR Administrator - Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our organization by managing the full recruitment function for our Durban office. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals who will contribute to our company's success. Additionally, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive work culture and environment conducive to productivity and growth Duties – Not limited to Work independently Advertise job openings internally and externally across multiple channels (e.g. job boards, careers pages, email and social platforms) Screen resumes and job applications; conduct initial phone/remote screening to create shortlists of qualified candidates Schedule candidates for interviews for a wide range of roles Conduct pre-employment screening, such as confirming references and performing background checks Email communication is vital to the role (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails, letters of offer and handling all associated administrative functions) Manage candidates' information (e.g. resumes and contact details) Develop talent pipelines for future hiring requirements Manage interview calendar for all hiring of candidates Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual hiring status reports Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Assist in proper on-boarding and induction of new employees Post Matric qualification would be advantageous alternatively solid work experience and proven ability at making placements within this sector. Proficient on Microsoft Office Own vehicle would be advantageous. Good Admin skills Must be organised and able to manage own desk, have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels. Salary: R10,000.00 per month . Incentives .
