Excellent multi-international company is seeing a HR Assistant for a Branch in Sandton with; Relevant Degree Qualification in HR Min 3 years' experience Proven experience an HR Assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources / administration position Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS Basic knowledge of labour law Organisational skills Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions Assist with payroll preparation and supplying to outsource payroll service provider. Handle complaints and grievance procedures Assisting with recruitment and selection Assist support with Corporate Administration Ability to travel international if deemed necessary. Computer literate with good typing skills as well Coordinate meetings Maintaining database for posting of internal job vacancies. Important part of the role will be to act as the liaison between HR and the employee, ensuring smooth, prompt communication on requests Assist with creating policies and processes and documents. R22 000 - R44 000 per month depending on experience with medical, pension and travel.
