HR Officer - IT & Hardware Distribution R20000 OTE per month - Midrand

Our client is a IT hardware and distribution company specialising in the commercial sector. We are looking for an HR Officer to support the HR Executive with: - maintain employee records - supporting people practices and business objectives - serve as a point of contact with employees regarding HR related queries - create regular reports on HR metrics - provide support in people operations where needed - support and develop the implementation of HR development and systems - providing counselling on policy and procedures - assist in performance management processes - support the management on disciplinary and grievances issues - support in policy and legal requirements - update internal databases e.g. record of sick or maternity leave - prepare HR documentation i.e. employment contracts - proven experience as an HR Office, HR Assistant or other HR related roles - tertiary qualification in HR: diploma or degree - knowledge of HR functions - understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures - computer literate - outstanding organizational and time management abilities - excellent communication and interpersonal skills - problem solving and decision making aptitude - strong ethics and reliability R20 000,00 OTE per month
