Unitrade 745 (Pty) Ltd is currently seeking Human Resources Information Systems Analyst. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain system parameters to ensure it supports HR data needs. Train relevant divisions on HR on optimal system utilization. Review HR functional processes related to systems use and advise on improvements. Gather data for monthly reporting from all departments and design dashboards for reporting. Responsible for ESG & Sustainability reporting. Design, distribute and analyse company surveys. Assist with design of internal and external communication campaigns. Project Manage the implementation of new system integrations and add-on modules to current systems. Manage third party system providers and licensing. Ensure data capturing is on standard to be able to use this for analytics purposes. Advise management on reporting improvements. Serve as a liaison between various departments, including payroll and management. Design and edit PowerPoint presentations for external and Executive presentations. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Matric / NQF L4 (Essential) Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology (Essential) Expert level in Ms Excel ( Essential) Min 3-5 years' experience with databases and HR software (Essential) Min 3-5 years HR analytics/reporting experience, with extensive experience managing and manufacturing data. A combination of professional experience in information systems management and human resource management. Basic knowledge of labour legislation and data protection regulations. Negotiable Apply Now
