As an Inbound and Live Chat Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support to cat and dog owners, breeders, and enthusiasts. You will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking information, guidance, and assistance related to cat and dog registrations, breed standards, events, training, and general canine and feline care. This position requires a deep understanding of cat and dog breeds, operations, and a passion for promoting responsible pet ownership. Your primary duties will include: Provide Information and Assistance Assist with Registration and Membership Promote Services Address Breed-Specific Inquiries Query resolution Data Capturing Should be able to work flexible hours Skills required: Excellent communication skills Computer literacy Web based Chat Inbound Skills Minimum Requirements Matric Certificate- NQF Level 4 Proven customer care experience of minimum 3-5 years Previous experience working on UK campaigns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High English proficiency Apply Now
