Intermediate Node.js and Express Developer - - Johannesburg

Qualifications:

Requirements:

3 to 5 years hands on experience in developing and maintaining production level applications using Node.js and Express
Experience with version control systems, Git to be exact, including branch management, pull requests and code review process
Portfolio on platforms like GitHub or GitLab is highly regarded
Exposure to cloud based services
Good understanding of Node.js, Express Framework, JavaScript and React.js
Familiar with RESTful APIs with JSON Web Token

KPAs:

Develop and maintain Node.js using the Express framework
Implement secure, scalable solutions that support app store applications, AWS cloud infrastructure, handheld devices and mining site applications
Lead code reviews
Collaborate with front-end developers
