Top Germiston Engineering concern are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Internal Recruitment Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging cutting-edge systems, technologies, and innovative approaches to attract and engage top talent. As an Internal Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our recruitment strategies, utilising data-driven insights, and digital platforms to identify, assess, and onboard exceptional candidates. Assist with the development and implement modern recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including but not limited to social media recruiting, digital advertising, and employer branding initiatives Assist with the development of defined processes and lead the implementation and roll out of systems and platforms to enhance the continuous feed of potential candidates and track applicants through the recruitment process Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline across various channels. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to fulfil requirements efficiently. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments using technology-driven methodologies, including video interviews, online assessments, and automated screening tools. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment to continuously optimize and enhance recruitment strategies. Leverage data analytics and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to drive decision-making. Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our employer brand and values to attract top talent and enhance our reputation in the marketplace. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field would be advantageous. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a focus on utilizing technology-driven recruitment strategies. In-depth knowledge of modern recruitment techniques, including social media recruiting, passive candidate sourcing, and applicant tracking systems. Strong proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS software, and job boards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and strategies. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming recruitment challenges.
