Qualification
Assisting walk-in customers from beginning to end of sales process.
Generating Quotes, Sales Orders, and Invoices.
Responding to customer sales requirements.
Quoting customers based on specific product requirements.
Processing customer orders and updating customers on deliveries.
Provide after-sales services.
Following up on outstanding quotes and back orders.
Ability to communicate with company management to convey customers needs and requirements.
Provide technical assistance to customers where possible.
Updating database with new customer details.
Passing on leads to external salespersons for customers requiring technical assistance.
Assist with maintaining the presentation of the Office and Reception area.
Answer phone calls and forward when necessary.
Preparation of brochures for customers.
Working with other colleagues to maintain and develop "working flow" in the organization. Apply Now
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Internal Sales Representative within a technical environment
- Must be familiar with industrial and electronic products
- Liaising with customers in industries such as mining, construction, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, transport and agriculture
