An opportunity has become available to join an electrical component manufacturing company as an Internal Sales clerk, based in the East Rand (Klipriver business park). Key role: The successful candidate with be responsible to process orders and assist customers in all sales/ technical aspects. Responsible for all internal sales and related aspects Confirm pricing, stock levels & processing orders Technical support/assistance to customers & other internal staff Compiling and following up on quotations & tenders Customer liaison Pro-active sales calls Identifying & securing new business Updating customer contact details Sales related administration Supplier liaison where required Skills And Attributes Technically minded, sense of urgency, people's person, dynamic, customer service orientated, persuasiveness/sales ability, eye for detail & accuracy, perform under pressure, ability to create good customer relationships, be able to work on his own, team player. Grade 12 Basic training/ experience gained in electronics/ electrical industry Counter sales experience is ideal Must be proficient in Afrikaans as language Preference will be given to candidates that reside in the East Rand/Vaal triangle. Salary: R15000 -R17000 with a Small incentive when group-target is reached. (No Commission structure)
