Internal Sales / Customer Services Administrator - Sandton - Sandton
Minimum requirements for the role:
A degree or diploma in either business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Previous experience having worked within an Internal Sales Administrator role is preferred for the role.
Previous experience having worked within the cosmetic and or packaging industry is preferred.
Must have strong analytical and numerical skills.
Basic excel skills are essential.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team are essential.
Must be attentive to detail and be able to work under pressure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Liaising with customers within the personal care / cosmetic manufacturing industry regarding their packaging requirements.
Liaising with customers regarding orders they have placed or any other information regarding their packaging requirements.
Ensuring a clear understanding of customer specifications and expectations.
Processing orders and ensuring that the information captured is accurate.
Communicating deadlines effectively to both customers and internal teams.
Monitoring and tracking progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Providing timely updates on delivery of products cost estimates, production timelines, and any relevant changes.
Working closely with the production, warehouse and distribution teams to ensure that customers get their products delivered timeously.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
