Job Overview:

Our Client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join their team. The Internal Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and generating new business opportunities within the electronic recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Understand client needs and develop customised solutions to meet their electronic recycling requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

New Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the electronic recycling industry, including manufacturers, retailers, and businesses.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive offerings, and potential opportunities for expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable business partnerships.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to continuously improve products and services.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the electronic recycling or environmental services industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in English and Afrikaans
  • Reside in the Pomona or neighbouring areas.
