You will lead IT audits across their global operations, working closely with the Tech team to identify areas for improvement. Your role will also involve training junior IT auditors, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Lead IT audits across the global business, ensuring all processes are compliant and efficient Engage proactively with the global Tech team to improve the management of risk Train and mentor junior IT auditors, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment Drive forward the function of internal audit as part of the senior team Ensure a thorough understanding of financial markets, utilising this knowledge to enhance auditing processes Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements What you bring: The ideal candidate for this IT Internal Audit Manager role brings extensive experience in internal audit within the financial services sector. You should have proven ability to partner effectively with businesses, demonstrating commercial awareness and understanding of internal audit, risk management and compliance functions. Your analytical approach to problem solving, coupled with your ability to make decisive decisions, will be key to your success in this role. Excellent written English skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships across the business and with external parties.
