As the IT Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's IT systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining the IT infrastructure. Maintain and support physical and virtual servers and desktop & laptop workstations Maintain and support WAN & LAN infrastructure throughout an office and factory environment Maintain and support ERP, AD & Host servers (Sage 300 / Accpac), Qlik, KOFAX Maintain and support shared-drives, onsite and offsite backups, and storage Maintain and support Office 365 portal and email accounts Maintain and support Access control system (Unis) Maintain and support all security systems (CCTV system, Alarm system) Maintain and support Onsite Firewall (Mikrotik), anti-virus software (ESET) Maintain and support telephone, cell phone, router instruments as well as PABX systems Set up and integrate new users or employees with all hardware, software, and telecommunications requirements Maintain and support onsite printers and dedicated printing software and systems (Windows & Papercut) Maintain a vigorous IT security and threat-detection system Assist users with any IT related issues and ad-hoc duties as-and-when required Compile, manage and report on annual/monthly IT expense & CAPEX budget Manage procurement of all IT related equipment, products, and services Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and monitor SLA's Continuously research and benchmark against best-practice and latest technology Update and maintain the company's website through Wordpress and Kenesis Assist with maintaining the company's Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin page as required Assist with Accpac (Sage 300) functions and reports when required to Maintain POS for onsite purchases Monitor and report on user activity and behaviour Monitor and report on certain key-camera footage Grade 12 qualification MCITP / MCSE qualification or relevant qualification preferred Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar field Working knowledge of the following: Microsoft product knowledge (Office 365, Teams etc) Hyper-V Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Valid driver's license & own transport Clear criminal and ITC record R15K - R20k p/m Apply Now
