National Matric Certificate (completed) A (CompTia certification) Proficiency in network infrastructure technologies, encompassing Microsoft operating systems, hardware, software, antivirus, and backup technologies Proficiency in internet and email connectivity methodologies, including routing Strong technical aptitude with exceptional fault-finding and problem-solving skills Fluency in both English and Afrikaans, facilitating effective communication Customer-centric approach with exemplary written and verbal communication abilities South African citizenship with a valid Identification Document Possession of a valid Driver's License and access to own vehicle is a must Residency in Pretoria, Johannesburg, or surrounding areas Demonstrated commitment, professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct Additional Qualification Requirements & Experience: N (CompTia certification) Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert 3 years of extensive experience in desktop, cloud, and network infrastructure support Familiarity with VOIP systems is preferred Prior experience in Network Support is beneficial Previous exposure to Cybersecurity practices is advantageous Market related salary Medical aid contribution Performance-related incentive bonus Further study subsidy Professional work environment conducive to growth and collaboration Provision of company uniform Provision of company notebook and accessories
