This position reports to the Chief Engineer. The purpose is to ensure high quality of products and continuous optimization of products for our internal and external customers, development and design of new products, maintenance of product design drawings, design of product explosion diagrams, product art design and all design-related work. And assemble and test the designed products. Draw and create blueprints and other schematics needed. Create test prototypes. Make recommendations to improve production efficiency. Develop and implement design strategies. Collaborate with other engineers, manager and creative team. Research and track prototype performance and reactions. Prepare documentation, such as testing protocols and manuals. Organize plans and create schedules. Review and oversee the manufacturing of designs. Assist in completing any other tasks assigned by Management. Sheet metal Tool design Installing and configuring company computer systems Responding to client IT support requests/tickets. Providing technical support on-site Offering solutions that meet the needs of your manager and the users Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues and networking problems such as cabling and camera faults Maintaining good user relations. Tracking and managing work records. Compiling job reports and keeping asset record op to date. Join weekly meeting with the IT manager to track ticket and SLA progress Bachelor's degree in design engineering, engineering, product design, industrial design or related field, master's degree in engineering or related field. Proficient computer skills Strong aptitude for creating detailed blueprints and instructions. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and mange time efficiently. Accurate and precise attention to detail. The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, to write simple correspondence. To effectively present information to other employees of the organization. The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers. The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Solid works NX Siemens Corel draw A Hardware & Software N Networking ITIL Foundation Proven work experience as a technical support engineer Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems Knowledge of web services and IP-based protocols Good time management skills. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think critically, willing to learn & implement. Able to take responsibility & ownership of on-site tickets & assist Head Office users remotely when required, depending on ticket volume. Driver's License & Car
