Responsibilities

Receive and ensure all email and verbal faults are logged on the ticket system.
All tickets acted on promptly and closed within SLA requirements.
Effectively provide onsite and remote assistance, to both guests and staff, during and after normal office hours.
Escalate calls if necessary.
Basic training and best practice guidelines to guide both guests and staff.
Perform daily tasks to ensure maximum uptime between properties and devices.
Provide support on all Windows and Mac desktop platforms.
Provide basic server support and user management.
Provide advanced support on:
- Backups
- File Sharing
- MFP Printers
- CCTV and Access Control
- VOIP Systems
- E-Mail
- Antivirus
- DSTV and Room Technology
- Wi-Fi Connectivity
Setup phones, tablets, and other BYOD devices.
Report any security concerns or potential risks.
Plan and manage all upgrades.
Stock management and Asset Registers.
Participation in projects, and meeting deadlines.
Effective Administration.
