We are looking for two people to join our repping team one in JHB NORTH and one in JHB EAST or SOUTH and the surrounding areas. Your main functon willl be counting the pharmacies stock for the brands we represent and working with the pharmacies staff to get orders and fixing the shelf space. Duties & Responsibilities: Service and call on pharmacies You will be required to visit pharmacies by area Check stock, count stock, fix shelf space and positioning, prices, merchandising etc. Work with mangers to get orders for existing and new lines. Put up promotional signage & make display's Take pictures of the shelves and send on WhatsApp Check expired stock, take stock back for credit or swap stock out with new stock Type up orders and email them back Get new lines ordered Maintain orders of existing lines Put up point of sale and promotion material on shelf and in store Tell pharmacies about deals & promotions Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies Visit Doctors (GPs) and drop off product info pamphlets Once every 2/3 months you will be required to go on country trips to Mpumalanga, Nelspruit and North West to visit the pharmacies. (The company will cover all fuel costs and accommodation the on country trips) Fuel allowance is only for work purposes Duties & Responsibilities are not limited to the ones specified above JHB NORTH REP - Will be responsible for all Johannesburg North & West calls as well as country trips in Mpumalanga & North West. (More detail will be given) JHB EAST OR SOUTH - Will be responsible for all Johannesburg East & South calls as well as country trips in Mpumalanga & North West. (More detail will be given) We will provide all training, these are all customers we have been calling on and servicing for years. Requirements: Your own reliable car (None Negotiable) Your own PC/laptop to type orders You must be able to use Excel You must have a functioning phone with camera You must be able to send emails You need to speak Afrikaans & English 1 year sales experience Good customer care and working with people for all backgrounds We are looking for someone honest, reliable, hard working, a team players, organized, positive and self motivating.
