Job Description Advertising agency is looking for a skilled and conceptually strong Graphic Designer, preferable with some expertise in motion design, to join a small, dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong focus on creating conceptually strong and engaging visual content for various platforms, digital and physical. The role will involve conceptualizing and implementing compelling, differentiated, visual identity systems, packaging, websites, book design and style guides along with communication campaigns from time to time. Collaborate with Design Director, Managing Director and Project Manager to develop innovative design concepts and solutions. Create compelling visual assets including but not limited to corporate identity projects, from logo to touchpoint design to style guide design, website design, packaging design, book design, annual report design, and communication design across physical and digital platforms, including social media. Utilize motion design techniques to enhance visual storytelling, from within the platforms of the Adobe Creative Suite. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and motion graphics to continuously improve creative output. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Present work internally and externally in a clear and professional manner. Be able to accurately hand over finished art files at conclusion of projects. (Knowledge of DTP). Qualifications Graphic Design degree Skills 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, XD and Premiere Pro. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment (small team but responsible for high-level corporate projects). Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Knowledge of Figma is advantageous. This is an onsite position based in Somerset West, not a remote opportunity. Salary / Package Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications Benefits Performance bonus
