Junior Campaign/Account Manager: BTL Agency Market related - Midrand

Our client, a fast paced, dynamic Retail and Brand focussed BTL agency that shapes how consumers and shoppers behave and purchase is seeking a hands on, customer-centric, target driven Junior Account Manager, who has a passion for delivering customer delight and growing an existing client base. This role will be reporting to a Senior Account Manager and assisting with fostering relationships and growing a portfolio of accounts Excellence in Client Account Management and Customer Service Opportunity identification Stakeholder management Creating and managing briefs from concept to completion. Performance reporting (commercial) Achievement of sales target, managing net revenue and results You will be required to collaborate and work effectively cross functionally and interdepartmentally on each project to deliever the best outcome. Take ownership of assigned accounts / channels and show growth in those accounts. B Comm Business Science degree or similar tertiary Business qualification in Sales and/or Marketing 3 - 5 years selling experience B2B in Client Account Management and/or Business Development role, managing Blue Chip accounts Experience in team dynamics (has worked as part of a team environment/cross functional teams) Understanding of and ability to do market research (landscape, clients, competitors) Excellent verbal and written communication Comfortable presenting (pitching) to senior management Highly competent at MS Office / G-Suite applications ( Excel, PowerPoint etc ) Experienced working on CRM systems Understanding the world of BTL Agency and (preferably) in-store / Point of Sale / display selling Analytical, organised and comfortable managing tasks and process adherence Administration strength within the sales process and customer management A firm understanding of commerce (the sales world) Core Competencies Outcome orientated, consistent and methodical A strong people person who is a clear and effective communicator Target driven and performance orientated - owns targets and KPI's and is motivated by them A resilient self-starter with a positive mindset who can see what is possible.
