Liaising with internal staff & company suppliers to ensure all order invoices are retrieved, authorised and paid. Ensure accurate and timeously data capturing and processing of supplier related information and documentation. Obtain order from internal staff weekly. Request order (and outstanding) invoices, and statements from assigned suppliers. Ensure stock orders are signed off by applicable personnel for each depot. Verification, preparation and authorisation of invoices for company workshop and processing invoices on SAGE (Specific focus on Phoenix Insurance brokers, Safari Motors, JR Diesel & Quantum). Retrieve & Capture all workshop job card. Provide once of payments to the Creditors manager. The timeously reconciliation of supplier statements with the SAGE Ledger. Ensure Invoices are authorised (signature on quote or invoice). Retrieve and Process all E-Toll invoices. Ensure depot diesel orders & invoices are retrieved paid and listed (NB List payment dates) Ensure administration duties are kept updated with regards to, filing cancelled order, registers are updated, following up on driver loan forms, insurance claims, update creditors information and file required documents as required. Assist with other tasks, duties and responsibilities within the department when/and if required. Strong Interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage various tasks at a time. Basic Microsoft Excel skills. Computer literate (SAGE & PASTEL experience would be an advantage). Quality driven and detail orientated. Ability to organize & meet strict deadlines. Be able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Bilingual (Afrikaans & English) National Matric Certificate (Grade 12) Previous experience an creditors department would be and advantage.
