Minimum requirements:

BSc Degree in Food Science and 2 years related experience
Experience in processing manufacturing and quality control procedures as well as HACCP, and BRC
Maintain high occupational safety standards *(Zero IOD's)
Report technical problems to engineering department
Selecting raw materials from suppliers
Product Costing
Safety and Quality Control
Running trials in conjunction with Product Development
Handling Customer Complaint investigations or product issues
Compiling, Checking and approving product specifications and labeling
Reviewing Food supply, security and sustainability
Monitoring all the steps of production process
