KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative Management of the Portfolio
- Processing of new codes and barcodes into the system. (Hierarchy, Syspro and Replen doc)
- Creation and maintenance of order forms (Manual & Rapid Trade), price docs and quotes.
- Planograms
- Participation in new installations / revamps where local stores are involved.
- Drawing up of planograms - annual & ad hoc
- Ensuring planograms are being followed for new installations.
- Maintenance of related records e.g. Matrix document when codes are updated or to be deleted.
- Master Schedules
- Maintenance and adherence to relevant Master Schedule/s
- Sourcing of and liaison with product suppliers / import orders
- Regular and ongoing SWOT.
- Line Review (Everyday - Core)
- Trade Shows & Customer portfolio presentations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Be very methodical and disciplined with strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication
- Able to work under pressure.
- Own reliable transport.
