A leading manufacturing concern is urgently looking for a Junior Production Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a completed engineering degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering combined with an understanding the production process and quality parameters. Supervision of a shift team Ensure plant availability according to set standards Responsible for manpower management, including manpower planning, overtime management, etc. Safety (total safety system, investigations, audits, test books and equipment) Train subordinates and other team members National Diploma / BTech in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering Min 2 years experience in a similar role. SAP system experience R450 000 CTC - R540 000 CTC (Negotiable depending on experience)
