Junior Restaurant Manager - Cape Winelands
Candidate Requirements:
Grade 12
Home language must be Afrikaans (essential)
Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
1-2 years previous restaurant experience at a supervisor level or similar role in the hospitality industry at a similar establishment (5*or similar)
Must be comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
Have good knowledge of food and beverages
WSET or similar wine knowledge certificate course (advantage)
Great team management & training abilities
Must be well-presented and have a strong customer service orientation
Ability to learn details quickly (menus/wine list etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments
Flexible, enthusiastic and accountable
