Be the point responsible for contact between customer and company
Oversee, build and manage strong customer relationships
Resolving client complaints, issues or problems quickly and efficiently to maintain trust
Research and understand key customer needs, requirements and wants
Keeping customers updated on upgrades and latest company products available
Continuously propose solutions that meet customers objectives
Gather, report and communicate customers feedback on all services offered and rendered by the comany
Ensure the correct ordered products and services are delivered in timely manner
Research clients current site equipment, operating conditions and requirements
Ensure face time with clients in order to expand the relationship
Meet with the other departments (Commercial Department, Key Account Managers, Service Manager and Workshop Manager) to plan strategically within the organization
Manage time-keeping with all site visits, reports, planning and feedback
Follow up on outstanding orders
Ensure all quotes are correct in relation to RFQs, sent to the client and followed up in a timeous manner
Be proactive in communicating all relevant service requirements and work for future planned services
Ensure all arrangements and itineraries are correct prior to travelling within and out of South Africa
Compile thorough monthly reports
Managing internal communications between clients and teams/departments
Liaise with the sales team to ensure maximum upselling and cross-selling is achieved
Be available for client at all times
Good communication with other departments within company
