Key Account Manager Market Related - Johannesburg

We are on the hunt for an energetic, driven and hungry Key Account Manager that has the ability and desire to influence others. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining key clients, generating business in the assigned accounts as well as attaining new accounts for the business. This is a Johannesburg remote based role that requires you to have your own laptop and internet connection. Work to monthly sales targets by calling on key accounts and cold calling for new business. Record all sales activities and achieve sales activity targets. Attend periodic / scheduled meetings with assigned key clients and look for opportunities to grow clients and up-sell in the process. Attend to sales enquiries quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer service standards. Investigate and resolve queries from customers quickly and efficiently to keep customers satisfied. Ability to research potential clients, determine their individual needs and prepare sales presentations and proposals. Build and maintain a sales pipeline to create consistency. Gr 12/School Leaving Certificate is essential Sales/Marketing qualification is a bonus 5 years' working experience of which 3 years have been in a customer-facing role Must be based in Johannesburg Driver's License and own vehicle is essential Excellent command of written and spoken English Fair command of written and spoken Afrikaans Flexibility to travel for a few days per month Motor industry experience is a bonus Excellent interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and influencing skills Strong self-management and organizational skills Ability to solve problems and get results Experience in an online marketing/production company (website design, development and maintenance, PPC, SEO, banner advertising, reputation management and advert creation) is a bonus. iX Online is a proudly South African and independent digital solutions company that specializes in website design, vehicle stock solutions and digital marketing.
