Kitchen Manager - Nelspruit

Minimum requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: Matric
  • Must have 3 -5 years experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate
  • Demonstrated leadership prowess with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Extensive culinary knowledge and hands-on experience
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Efficient ordering and inventory control
    • Maintaining high food quality and consistency
    • Upholding rigorous health and safety standards
    • Effective staff management, training, and development
    • Budget oversight, cost management, and waste control
    • Spearheading the creation & development of new culinary offerings
  • Willing to work weekends, require working shifts based on a 195-hour month
