As a Legal, Compliance & Governance Executive, you will participate as a member of the executive team in the development of long-term, integrated, cross-functional operational plans and provide legal advisory support. You will review legal documents and correspondence, gather evidence on legal matters, conduct necessary legal research, and offer solutions. You will maintain an effective, efficient, and transparent system of regulatory and ethical compliance within the client organization. You will also report non-compliance issues to management and governance structures, such as the board and its committees.
